GENTLE MINDFUL YOGA & YOGA NIDRA
For inner joy and peace
This is a slow mindful yoga practice integrating somatic movements, which invite us to observe the felt sense of the body – a moving meditation. Slowing down and connecting with our own natural rhythm which allows us to become more sensitive to the subtle sensations in the body, opening up to more ease and freedom in our movement which helps us to attune to ourselves in this moment. Free flowing movements are introduced to bring an intuitive energy into the practice.
We complete the session with a lovely iRest Yoga Nidra. You lie down or remain seated in a comfortable position whilst being guided through a meditation for deep relaxation and self inquiry. As we welcome everything that is present in the body-mind our emotions and thoughts begin to grow calmer, we discover and connect to the aspect of ourselves that is always peaceful and at ease.
