Medi yoga is based on research showing positive results in lowering stress hormones, improving sleep, strengthening the heart, reducing back problems, pain, and tension headaches. The nervous system is trained to switch between activity and rest. Medi Yoga suits everyone, regardless of age and strength. No previous knowledge is required.
