HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is the mother of all physical yoga. The sequences are based on physical positions (asanas) synchronized with different breathing techniques (pranayama). It is a dynamic form of yoga with the aim of creating a balance between the body/ mind activity and deep relaxation. Each class is designed differently depending on the teacher, theme and level.

HATHA FOR BEGINNERS

”Beginners mind”

This class is sequenced to bring more understanding to the actual building blocks of the most common yoga poses ( asanas). Wether you are new to yoga or experienced, this is an opportunity to create more resilience to the principles of yoga, how the asanas are structured and how to safely develope a deep, life long and nourishing yoga practice.

HATHA BASIC

”Honour the teacher within”

This is a dynamic class created to build strength and stability in your yoga. By illuminating various components in the most common yoga positions, you are offered to build a safe and stable base. Your increased understanding of the principles of yoga will support your practice towards the more advanced asanas in a safe and responsive way. We work mainly with the standing asanas but also the initial sun salutations and the concluding ones.

The focus is on strength, stability and balance.

 

MINDFUL HATHA

This is an opportunity to for recovery and contemplation. The sequence is a slow flow allowing time to weave in Mindful awareness. Suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
