Yoga during pregnancy is a way proven to increase well-being and prepare for childbirth and parenthood. You need no previous experience nor to be well-trained in order to do yoga during pregnancy. Common pregnancy problems such as sore joints, back pain and fatigue can be relieved. Each class includes respiratory contact, movements that strengthen, stabilize and promote circulation in the body and a guided relaxation.
