Yoga for Teenagers

This is Hatha yoga specifically sequenced for our younger yogis. Here is achance to explore different forms of Yoga and Mindfulness together in a safe and and held environment. Yoga includes both acrobatic expression and community exercises to strengthen bodypresence, self-esteem, the ability to cooperate and develope a stronger sense of compassion for the self and other. Each session ends with a moment of deep relaxation
